Diversity & Inclusion in IA

IA promotes a welcoming and inclusive environment, seeing diversity as an asset. IA opposes any kind of discrimination or harassment.

Diversity & Inclusion Group

This group was created to foster conditions for a welcoming, inclusive and collaborative environment for everyone who is at IA, or who collaborate with the institute.

Our responsibilities include, among other, to receive feedback from the members of IA; to organize seminars and training actions; to evaluate and follow the status of IA related to Diversity and Inclusion and the implementation of the Gender Equality Plans; and to make recommendations to IA Coordinating Board in what relates to Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.

The group works to promote diversity in all its forms. We want to identify the various barriers people may be facing, and helping to eliminate them.

The group is made up of members of IA, who volunteered to be part of the group. New volunteers are always welcome; please, contact us for more information.
